The terms you agree to when using Grace Health.

These terms have not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and are not yet a binding published agreement. Billing terms in section 7 are awaiting business approval and are not final.
1. Accepting these terms
By using Grace Health you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. What Grace Health is — and is not
Grace Health is a platform connecting you with licensed clinicians for medical weight management. Grace Health is not itself your treating clinician.
- Not medical advice. Content on the service, including anything the AI assistant produces, is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription.
- Not for emergencies. The service is not monitored continuously and cannot respond to urgent situations. If you are in danger or need urgent care, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
- Clinical decisions rest with clinicians. Only a licensed clinician working with Grace Health can make a treatment decision about you.
- Not a replacement for your own doctor. Keep seeing your regular healthcare providers.
3. Using the service
- You must be 18 or older.
- The information you give must be accurate and complete. A clinician makes decisions about your care based on it, so inaccurate information is a safety risk, not a technicality.
- Your account is yours alone — do not share your login.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, or to extract data from it by automated means.
4. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone else has access, tell us through the contact page straight away.
5. What you provide
You provide assessment answers, messages to the AI assistant, and progress check-ins. You give us permission to store and process that information to provide care, including sharing it with the clinicians treating you. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
The service does not accept file uploads. You cannot send documents, lab reports, scans or photographs through Grace Health.
6. Our content
The software, text and design of Grace Health belong to Grace Health. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
7. Fees and billing
Billing terms are not final
Grace Health has not launched and is not charging anyone. The fee structure below is provisional and pending business approval (issue #135). Final amounts, refund rules and cancellation terms will be published here, and you will be asked to agree to them, before any charge is ever made.
7.1 Consultation fee
A one-off fee applies after a clinician has reviewed your assessment and confirmed your case can proceed. It covers the clinician's review of your case. It does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication, or approval for treatment.
The fee amount is not yet published. It will be shown here, and shown to you again before payment, once approved.
7.2 Ongoing care fee
Where treatment is prescribed, ongoing care is charged monthly and covers continued clinical review, refill management and follow-up messaging. Medication is charged separately by the pharmacy that dispenses it and is not included.

7.3 Refunds, cancellation and renewal
Refund eligibility, cancellation process and renewal terms are pending approval and are not stated here yet. No commitment is made or implied by their absence — they will be published in full, and agreed by you, before any charge is made.
8. Payment handling
Payments are processed through Tebra, our medical billing provider. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach Grace Health's systems.
We do not state what will appear on your bank statement, because the descriptor is set by the acquiring processor and has not been confirmed. Guessing it would be worse than saying nothing — an unrecognised charge is what drives disputes.
9. Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, Grace Health is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we will tell account holders. In particular, billing terms will not change without notice, and no fee will be charged under terms you have not been shown.
11. Governing law and disputes
